How do we discover our true potential? How do we block it? Why don’t we live up to it?
Most of us—especially in modern Western culture—have no real idea what our true potential actually is.
We scroll endlessly on our phones. We binge shows and follow influencers. We watch others live their dreams—or we judge them—while quietly ignoring the pull in our own soul.

Why?

Maybe it’s because we were raised by people who never found their own potential. People doing their best, but shaped by pain, fear, and scarcity. And so the cycle continues—unless we decide to break it.

The Radical TruthEvery single one of us has the potential to live a life of peace, love, joy, and purpose.
Yes—you.
No matter your past. No matter your current circumstances.
You have just as much capacity to live a full, meaningful, aligned life as any public figure, creator, healer, or innovator you admire. The only difference?
They claimed it.

Claim Your Right to Peace, Love, Joy & Purpose
In the healing lineage I’m trained in--Niasziih—we’re taught that the root of illness is disconnection from our essence.
When we lose touch with peace, love, joy, and purpose, we start to unravel—physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Start With This: Ask Yourself
  • Do I have peace in my life?
  • What does peace even look like for me?
  • What would it feel like in my body?
Our brains are like advanced AI—they need a goal. A vision. Without it, they default to fear, control, comparison, and distraction.

My Reminder Came in a Moment of Burnout

Recently, I hit a wall. I felt the pressure to fix people, to make their pain go away. But that’s not the role of a healer. I had forgotten my teachings.
Healing is not about fixing.

It’s about guiding others back to their truth.

Even as an acupuncturist, I’ve seen that unless someone is connected to their potential, the treatments won’t hold. You can open energy channels—but if someone’s life is rooted in survival, disconnection, and avoidance, the disharmony returns.

So I Ask You:
  • What are you meant to express in this lifetime?
  • What does your soul’s blueprint long to share?
And then:
  • Do you have love in your life?
  • What does love look like--to you?
(Hint: It doesn’t have to come from outside you.)
Now ask:
  • Do you have joy?
  • Do you have a sense of purpose?

The Sacred Questions

These are what my teacher, Tom Brown Jr., called the Sacred Questions. Ask them with an open heart and a clear intention, and the answers will come—sometimes subtly, sometimes as breakthroughs.

You are more powerful than AI. You are already connected to everything.
The answers you seek are already within you.
You don’t have to believe this just yet.
But can you be open to the possibility?

Practice: Ask These DailyEspecially when you’re feeling off, anxious, or overwhelmed, begin with these:
  • What would peace, love, joy, and purpose look like in my life?
  • What would it feel like in my body?
  • What choices would I make if I truly lived these qualities?
  • What beliefs or stories are keeping me stuck?
  • How can I begin to heal them?
When you ask powerful questions, your focus shifts.
When your focus shifts, your energy shifts.
When your energy shifts—your life follows.

You Are Here for More Than Survival
You are here to create, to feel, to love, to live fully and consciously.
To know peace.
To embody joy.
To step into your purpose—boldly and unapologetically.
Start by asking.
Start by being willing.
Let that willingness be the beginning of everything.

The Healing Journey of Gratitude

“Thank you for the healing journey of gratitude I am about to go on.”
I choose to focus on what I’m grateful for.
I choose to heal what causes fear, stress, and pain.
Gratitude, in my experience, is not just a feel-good idea. It’s one of the most powerful tools we have to reconnect with peace, love, joy, and purpose. It’s completely free, it shifts our mindset, and it brings us back to ourselves.

Gratitude Is Free Nutrition for the SoulWhen we’re disconnected from gratitude, we start to feel emotionally starved. Tired. Disconnected. Uninspired.
But when we return to gratitude, even in small ways, everything begins to shift.

My Turning Point with GratitudeWhen The Secret by Rhonda Byrne came out, I was young and hungry for spiritual growth. I followed its guidance, visualized, made vision boards, and focused on my desires. It worked—until old habits and scarcity beliefs returned.
Years later, during a difficult time when I felt financially and emotionally stuck, I was guided to The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. I committed to the 28-day gratitude challenge in the book, and everything changed.
I began to feel lighter. Happier. More peaceful. And things in my outer world started shifting, too.

Gratitude = HealingSince then, I’ve realized that gratitude is like daily emotional nutrition. Without it, my well-being starts to decline.
It’s a practice I return to again and again—when things are good, and especially when they’re not.
Through gratitude, I’ve attracted:
  • A thriving business
  • A beautiful son
  • A deeper sense of purpose
  • Peace amidst uncertainty

  • Gratitude activates parts of the brain linked to happiness and decision-making.
  • It helps improve sleep, reduces stress, and boosts your immune system.
  • It strengthens relationships and increases compassion.

Feel More to Attract MoreIf you're stuck in a loop of fear, scarcity, or anxiety—gratitude is one way out.
When you feel grateful, you start noticing more to be grateful for. That shift alone can begin to transform your reality. It’s also the key to manifestation: to attract the life you want, you must feel as though you already have it.

Start Small: Try This Simple PracticeEach day for the next week, write down 10 things you’re grateful for. They can be small or big, past or present.
Ideas to get you started:
  • Your breath
  • A warm bed
  • Clean water
  • A loved one
  • A pet
  • A kind gesture
  • Sunshine
  • Music
  • Your body
  • A lesson you learned
Use these prompts from The Magic to deepen your practice:
  • I am truly blessed to have ___ because ___.
  • I am so happy and grateful for ___ because ___.
  • With all my heart, thank you for ___ because ___.
Feel the gratitude as you say or write it. Let it sink in.

Don’t Wait to Feel Better—Start NowLike brushing your teeth or taking your vitamins, gratitude must be practiced consistently. And like anything worth having, the benefits compound over time.
Even when you fall off (as I have many times), you can always begin again.
