After I graduated acupuncture school in 2007, the economy went down hill, and I needed a job while I started a practice and ended up working in a high end herbal medicine store and cannabis dispensary writing and preparing Chinese herbal formulas and educating people on supplements and herbs. While working with the Chinese herbs and supplements, I also ended up learning, researching and educating patients on medical cannabis.

I personally, along with other patients did not react well to THC and did not want the psychoactive component of the medical cannabis, so I began to research and learn about Cannabidiol (CBD) a cannabinoid derived from the hemp plant has proven to be a key molecule in regulating the Endocannabinoid System in our bodies,

Cannabidiol is non-psycoactive and is one of the other components of the hemp plant that is used for inflammation, pain, anxiety reduction, immune system healing and more. CBD oil and lotions are completely legal because they are made from the hemp plant of which has a very insignificant amount of THC and is not considered illegal or a drug.
