We will begin with a consultation to access where your at physically, mentally and spiritually. For new patients and current patients who would like to try herbal medicine or get individualized suggestions of supplements, I will take a detailed history on all of your body system’s functions. These findings are combined into a composite diagnosis based on the observation of patterns revealing which body systems are in disharmony based on Chinese medical theory. Once we finish our consultation, I will facilitate your opening and connection with the earth the elements and your body, guiding you into a relaxed state through a guided meditation. I will then guide you, based on your individualized needs and imbalances, to use your consciousness and breath to access specific points, energy pathways and chakras on your body to influence your own Qi (Energy) in properly flowing, re-establishing the body's rhythm with it's natural cycles and the cycles of nature. We all have the ability to heal ourselves, and the opportunity of distance healing creates the intention and gives you the tools for you to be empowered to do so.
Along with learning how to heal your body from a Chinese medicine philosophy, we will use nature to empower the Niasziih healing which may involve talking and questions to track sources of imbalance (Niasziih is a philosophy of choice that helps to heal the wounds that affect our body, mind, and spirit and while mining them for their potential gems and gifts.
